Guided Tour On Customer Loyalty Module

This topic provide a step by step guide to the users to try out Wavelet Customer Loyalty Module, we assume the reader has basic knowledge of using Wavelet EMP, at least some basic understanding of using Point Of Sales and Inventory Module. Please follow the steps below to try out the Customer Loyalty Module.

1) CREATE A MEMBER CARD

    Click LOYALTY -> MEMBER CARD -> CREATE

    Just fill in the form and create a member card, with user defined Member Card Number

2) CREATE CAMPAIGNS

    Click LOYALTY -> MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN -> REWARDS
