Inside the customer inquiry processing, all inquiries processed by the procurement department would appear here. Filter for salesman is provided to make it easier for each individual salesman to pull out the inquiries and provide quotation to the customers.

Please note that the quotation given to customers could be done by the salesman, or it could also be done by the procurement department through the Wavelet Procurement Module.
